On June 11, 1917, in the District Court of the United States in and for the District of New Mexico, in a suit in equity therein pending, wherein Thurston W. Fleming, S. Ray Holbert, J. H. Willoughby, E. W. Harrold, and N. V. Smith were complainants, and Monte Rico Mining & Milling Company, a corporation, and Lawrence R. Boyd, Daisy E. Boyd, W. Howard Boyd, John M. Jones, John P.
