Introduction

In motion sequence No. 1, defendant Lincoln Benefit Life Company (Lincoln or the insurer) moves for an order, pursuant to CPLR 3211 (a), dismissing all claims interposed by plaintiff, The Miriam Kaller Family Irrevocable Trust (the trust), by and through its trustee Moshe Freund, with prejudice.
