Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Douglass, J.), rendered May 5, 1983, convicting him of burglary in the third degree, criminal possession of burglars’ tools, and attempted petit larceny, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

On appeal the defendant contends that the circumstantial evidence presented at trial was insufficient to sustain his conviction. The defendant was observed by the police outside of a school building just after midnight prying at a window. A metal security screen had been pulled back and…
