Now before the Court is a Motion to Dismiss by Defendants Tsunami Soft-goods, Inc. (“Tsunami”) and Gemini Fashions of Canada, Ltd. (“Gemini”) (Docket Item No. 4) in an action by Plaintiff Sarah Richards for copyright infringement under the Federal Copyright Act of 1976, as amended, 17 U.S.C. § 101 et seq.
