— Affirming.

Junius C. Klein brought an action against the Citizens Union National Bank to recover $92,000 for the breach of an alleged oral agreement by the bank to loan, him the full purchase price of 4,000 shares of American Radiator and Standard Sanitary Corporation stock. At the conclusion of all the evidence, the defendant’s motion for a directed verdict in its favor was sustained, and, from the judgment dismissing his uetition, the plaintiff has appealed.
