This is a bill in equity, brought by Perry A. Yeast against Frank Pru, individually and as administrator of Jack Pru, deceased, Casamiro Sais, and 11 other individual defendants, members of a class who are alleged claimants of interests in the Casa Colorado land grant, town of Casa Colorado, board of trustees of the town of Casa Colorado land grant, and board of trustees of the town of Belen land grant, to adjudge a breach of the covenants *600of seizin and good title contained in a deed by defendants Pru to plaintiff, to cancel certain notes and mortgages given to secure…
