After several post-tension cables failed during construction of- the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, the general contractor, Roy Anderson Corporation (Anderson), submitted a. claim for costs associated with the cable failure to the insurance company for Premier Entertainment Biloxi LLC d/b/a/ Hard Rock Hotel & Casino (Premier).
