In this ease the Jones County Land Company, a corporation, was complainant and appellee the defendant and cross-complainant in the trial court. The bill is one for the confirmation of a tax title. Appellant on April 6, 1914, purchased from the tax collector of Jones county the south half of southeast quarter, and the northwest quarter of southeast quarter, section 14, township 6, range 11 west, and received therefor a tax deed, signed “Luther Mill, Tax Collector, by Amos Jordan, D.
