—Appeal by the defendant from an amended judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Minardo, J.), rendered April 1, 1997, convicting him of burglary in the third degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the amended judgment is affirmed.

*483On June 17, 1996, the defendant pleaded guilty to burglary in the third degree, and on June 27, 1996, he was sentenced to 60 days imprisonment and five years probation.
