Judgment unanimously reversed on the law, defendant’s motion granted in accordance with memorandum and new trial granted. Memorandum: Defendant contends that the suppression court erred in failing to suppress his videotaped statement because it was the result *979of a continuous interrogation following an earlier unwarned statement. We agree.
