MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

WALTER J. KRASNIEWSKI, Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter is before the Court upon the Debtor’s Motion to vacate this Court’s Order of March 2,1982 granting the Debtor a discharge pursuant to Rule 60(b) Fed. R. Civ. P. and for leave to file instanter an application for reaffirmation. The Motion is not well taken and should be denied.

On October 26, 1981 Debtor filed a petition under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code, 11 U.S.C. § 701 et seq. The Debtor was subsequently granted a discharge on March 2, 1982 and, on March 31, 1982, the Court entered an order approving the “Trustee’s…
