BEAM, Circuit Judge.

As part of a twenty-six count indictment against several individuals, Charles S. Brown was charged with conspiracy to possess with the intent to distribute and to distribute cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1), (b)(1)(A), 846 (1988), conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute and to distribute marijuana in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1), (b)(1)(A), 846 (1988), and interstate travel in aid of racketeering in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2, 1952 (1988).
