This is an appeal from a decree entered in the circuit court of Cook county, finding the appellee company, on the first day of February, 1889, entered into the actual possession of lots 23, 24 and 25, in block 1, Wallar’s subdivision of the north-west quarter of the north-east quarter of section 20, township 29, range 14, in Cook county, Illinois, under claim and color of title thereto made in good faith, and for more than seven successive years continued in such actual possession of said premises and paid all taxes legally assessed thereon during said period of time, and decreeing and…
