¶ 1. This case involves the contest of the will of Earsel Rayburn Pope (Earsel). The contestants, Cathy White, Judy O’Berry, and Teresa Williamson (collectively, “the Contestants”), are the natural daughters of Earsel. The proponent of the will is Juanita Sharp Anderson Allen Pope (Juanita), who was married to Earsel at the time of his death and was named as the sole beneficiary under the purported will.
