Appeal from an order of the Family Court of Franklin County (Main, Jr., J.), entered January 5, 2007, which granted petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to Family Ct Act article 3, to find respondent in violation of a prior order of probation, and placed respondent in the custody of the New York State Office of Children and Family Services for a period of one year.
