This cause is before us on appeal from an order of the Circuit Court of Bureau County approving the executor’s report of Rose Marchetti, executor of the will of Merien Gandolfi, deceased. The executor had reported that she divided a certain joint savings account among five daughters in accordance with oral instructions given to her by the decedent during her lifetime.
