The appellants, Richard McDowell, et al., seek to have this Court reverse an order for a writ of prohibition issued by the Circuit Court of Greenbrier County against the Board of Zoning Appeals of Greenbrier County prohibiting the Board from conducting a hearing on any of the grounds alleged by the appellants in their petition appealing the issuance of a building permit to the appellee, G. Steele Dewey, III. Upon review of the record before us, we find that the appellants are entitled to a hearing before the Board of Zoning Appeals, and we reverse the order of the *580circuit court awarding the…
