The bill is filed by complainant as executor and trustee under the will of Mary B. Hentz, deceased, for the interpretation of said will, or certain provisions thereof.

Testatrix had a city residence in New York city and a country residence or estate at Madison, New Jersey. Adjoining this latter was a tract of eleven acres (hereinafter called the "Greenhouse Tract") occupied and used, at the time of the execution of the will and at the death of testatrix, by a son, Henry, in the business of growing roses.
