LIPEZ, Circuit Judge.

Appellant Ralph Appolon was charged with one count of conspiring to commit wire fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 371 and four counts of committing wire fraud in- violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1343. These charges arose out of his connection to a mortgage fraud scheme. After a lengthy jury trial, Ralph 1 was found guilty of all charges against him, and was sentenced to a term of imprisonment followed by supervised release.
