MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

MILLER, District Judge.

This cause is before the court on the motions of defendant Weber Marking Systems, Inc. (‘Weber”) for partial summary judgment on the issue of literal noninfringement, for oral argument, to amend its reply brief in support of its motion for partial summary judgment, and to strike portions of the plaintiffs reply brief. Also before the court is the motion for partial summary judgment of plaintiff Paradigm Sales, Inc. (“Paradigm”).
