SUMMARY ORDER

Mario A. Arenas-Garcia, a native and citizen of Colombia, seeks review of a January 29, 2007 order of the BIA affirming the June 16, 2005 decision of Immigration Judge (“IJ”) Michael W. Straus, which denied his application for asylum, withholding of removal, and relief under the Convention Against Torture (“CAT”). In re Mario A. Arenas-Garcia, No. A74 758 697 (B.I.A.
