OPINION

COLE, Circuit Judge.

Defendant-Appellant Audie Denver Wheeler was convicted by a jury of conspiracy to distribute controlled substances, possession with intent to distribute marijuana, and being a felon in possession of firearms and ammunition. He was sentenced to a term of imprisonment of 365 months. Wheeler appeals his conviction for conspiracy to distribute marijuana. He argues that the district court erred in allowing Plaintiff-Appellee United States to introduce evidence of Wheeler’s gang involvement and his ownership of pit bull dogs.
