Pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 59, plaintiffs, D. Pelfresne and S. Eisenberg, have filed-he instant “Motion for Rehearing” of this court’s memorandum opinion and order dated February 3,1997, granting defendants’ motion to dismiss on grounds of abstention under Younger v. Harris, 401 U.S. 37, 91 S.Ct. 746, 27 L.Ed.2d 669 (1971), and the Anti-Injunction Act, 28 U.S.C. § 2283.
