HOLLAND, Justice:

In this appeal, respondent-appellant, Dim-itrios Tsipouras (“Husband”), challenges a default judgment entered against him by the Family Court on November 17, 1994. The Husband contends that the Family Court abused its discretion in denying his Motion for Relief from Judgment and his Motion for Reargument. This Court agrees.
