This was an action by the appellee against the appellants to quiet title to certain real estate in the city of Indianapolis.
The appellee’s complaint was in three paragraphs. The object of the first and second paragraphs was to set aside a sheriff’s sale and conveyance to the appellants, on the ground that John Stumph,against whom the judgment was rendered under which the sale was had, held the property only as trustee for the appellee’s husband.
