Saks, J.), entered March 8, 1985, which, after a trial on the issue of liability only, adjudged *436defendant A & S Welding & Boiler Repair, Inc. 50% liable and third-party defendant Atlas Welding & Boiler Repair, Inc. 50% liable, unanimously reversed, on the law, without costs or disbursements, and the complaint and third-party complaint dismissed.
