Order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated November 15, 1966, which denied defendant’s motion to dismiss the complaint on the ground that the action was barred by the Statute of Limitations, and judgment of said court entered May 5, 1967, after a nonjury trial, in favor of plaintiff against defendant in the sum of $10,745.26, affirmed, with one bill of costs. Plaintiff is the wife of Samuel Martin, defendant’s brother.
