_JjThe State of Louisiana appeals the trial court judgment, which granted the defendant’s motion to quash the bill of information. For reasons that follow, we find that *1036the State was within the statutory time delay for instituting prosecution. On the issue of whether the defendant’s constitutional right to a speedy trial was violated, the record shows that the defendant did not establish specific prejudice resulting from the State’s reinstitution of the charge against him.
