Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Chemung County (Danaher, Jr., J.), rendered March 7, 1988, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crime of burglary in the second degree.

On January 25, 1988, defendant entered a plea of guilty to the first count of the indictment which charged him with the crime of burglary in the second degree. This plea was in full satisfaction of the indictment which also charged, as a second count, grand larceny in the third degree.
