*1260l. principal and corporation^ *1259This action is brought to recover damages for false representations; alleged to have been made by the defendant to the plaintiff in effecting a trade of real estate. *1260Tlie trade is alleged to have taken place on or ak0ut the 20th day of May, 1918. At that time, the plaintiff was the owner of certain real estate, and the defendant was the owner of certain other real estate.
