¶ 1 Plaintiff, William Kevin Peach, brought suit against defendant, Lynsey E. McGovern, for personal injuries he sustained in an automobile accident. The jury returned a verdict in favor of defendant, and the circuit court of Marion County entered judgment on that verdict.
