The plaintiff in error, one of the defendants below, seeks the reversal of a decree removing from the title to certain city lots a clond created by the filing of a transcript of a judgment in his favor and the levy of an execution; quieting title in the defendant in error Esther V. Hayden, who was the plaintiff below; and restraining the sale of the property under the execution.
