The claimant in this case was a fireman employed by the town of Lake, and was accidentally injured under circumstances which entitled him to the benefits of the Workmen’s Compensation Act. The Columbia Casualty Company made payment to the injured claimant in compliance with the provisions of that act. The order of the examiner, which was affirmed by the Industrial Commission, provided:

“That within ten days from the date hereof the respondent and insurance carrier shall pay to the applicant the sum of eight and six one-hundredths dollars ($8.06), and beginning February 25, 1947, and monthly…
