MEMORANDUM OPINION
THOMAS M. TWARDOWSKI, Bankruptcy Judge.
Chapter 7 debtors James Kevin Murray, d/b/a Murray Construction and Lori Jean Murray (“debtors”) filed a complaint against creditor Great Valley Savings Association (“Great Valley”) in an effort to restrain Great Valley from continuing foreclosure proceedings on debtors’ residence. On Great Valley’s motion to dismiss, we find that debtors have failed to state a claim upon which relief could be granted and that we lack subject matter jurisdiction.
