Plaintiff, Cushman & Wakefield, Inc., a licensed real estate broker, sues to recover commissions allegedly due, pursuant to the terms of a letter agreement betwéen the parties, dated September 13, 1968, which was given at the time of the execution of a contract of sale for real properties owned by defendants.
