Fourteen allegedly expelled members of the Mount Olive Baptist Church, Inc., appeal from an order of the Jefferson County Circuit Court denying their motion to intervene on behalf of the church in a lawsuit involving a dispute between the church’s pastor and nine other members of the church.1 Henry L.
