— Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Ulster County (Vogt, J.), rendered August 25, 1982, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crimes of sodomy in the first degree (two counts), sodomy in the second degree (one count), sodomy in the third degree (one count), sexual abuse in the first degree (three counts) and endangering the welfare of a child (two counts). Defendant was indicted on a 32-count indictment for the crimes of sodomy in the first, second, and third degrees, sexual abuse in the first degree, obscenity in the second degree and endangering the welfare of a child.…
