In 2009, a jury convicted Actavious Langston of armed robbery, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, and pointing a gun at another. The trial court sentenced him to prison terms of 20 years on the armed robbery count, 5 consecutive years on the firearm possession count, and 12 concurrent months on the gun pointing count.
