This is a suit to abate a nuisance and to recover from the defendant $250 as a fee for the attorney for plaintiffs. The plaintiffs are Louis C. Fos and his son, Edward L. Fos, who jointly own the double residence in which they live at 3234 Fourth Street in Harvey, Jefferson Parish, La. The defendant is Evans Thomassie who owns and operates an establishment known as "The Midway," a place at which sandwiches, light comestibles and drinks of all kinds are sold, sometimes within the building but usually to customers seated in automobiles standing on the grounds of Thomassie adjacent to the…
