Appellant was convicted of armed robbery and other offenses in the Common Pleas Court of Montgomery County, Ohio, and received a sentence of from ten to twenty-five years. While on parole he was arrested and convicted of a federal offense in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. He is now serving that sentence in the United States Penitentiary at Terre Haute, Indiana. The Pardon and Parole Commission of Ohio declared appellant to be a parole violator and a detainer warrant was sent to the Superintendent of the United States Penitentiary at Terre Haute.
