hThe trial court and the majority err as a matter of law in considering any of Micah’s reimbursement claims and in awarding him any amounts for his asserted reimbursement claims. He was not entitled to raise these claims or present any evidence or testimony regarding them. The court was without authority to make such awards. Micah did not appeal the trial court’s judgment making Kristin’s Detailed Descriptive List the order of the court. That judgment is final.
