The complainant brought this suit for an accounting of the profits realized by Bright from the sale which Bright made of a railroad concession granted by the government of Uruguay to one Juan Jose Castro, the profits being realizable from or out of certain securities delivered by the Railway Company and the Construction Company to the Securities Company under contracts existing between them.
