HALE, Justice.
This is. a suit for damages on account of personal injuries resulting from a collision between two automobiles being operated over a public highway in opposite directions. Appellants brought the suit against Jimmie Banks and appellee, Thomas Y. Pickett, alleging in substance that the automobile in which they were riding was being operated by Mrs. Tonahill in a westerly direction, while an automobile in which Pickett was riding was being operated by Banks in an easterly direction and that by reason of the negligent manner in which Banks was operating his automobile he caused the…
