MEMORANDUM OPINION
THOMAS W. WALDREP, JR., Bankruptcy Judge.
This adversary proceeding was tried on March 16 and 18, 2011. Robert E. Price appeared on behalf of Everett B. Saslow, the Chapter 7 Trustee (the “Trustee”), and Michael D. West, the United State Bankruptcy Administrator (collectively, the “Plaintiffs”).
