The Debtors, John T. Bullington and Donald H. Bullington (hereinafter, Debtors), filed separate petitions under Chapter 12 on January 30, 1987. On May 1, 1987, the Debtors filed plans of reorganization. Travelers Insurance Company (hereinafter, Travelers) objected to both plans on the ground, among others, that confirmation of the plans as proposed would violate Travelers’ constitutional rights under the Fifth Amendment of the United States Constitution.
