The events, which lead to the plaintiffs’ filing their motion for judgment, occurred on the morning of March 18,1996.
On that day, defendant Holman was dispatched to disconnect electrical service at Mary’s Gas-Lite Lounge located at 4341 Indian River Road because of non-payment of service bills.
