|TThe plaintiff filed suit seeking to enforce a commercial pledge agreement against the defendant. The defendant, Lyon Interests, Inc., contended that the pledge agreement was unenforceable because it was made without proper corporate authority. After a trial, the trial court found that the agreement was en*631forceable against the defendant’s collateral. The defendant appeals. For the following reasons, we affirm.
