Motion has been made by the defendant in error in this case to dismiss the writ of error, which was sued out to review an order or judgment entered by the circuit judge in a proceeding supplementary to execution, upon the ground that a writ of error does not lie to such an order.

Plaintiff in error secured a judgment against defendant in error in the Circuit Court for Dade County for a considerable amount, upon which execution was issued and returned partially satisfied, showing the levy upon and sale of certain shares of stock for a small sum, leaving the larger part of the execution…
