On November 23, 1934, appellees, the plaintiffs below, filed their sworn complaint in the circuit court of Lake county, seeking the reformation of a contract theretofore entered into between plaintiffs and the defendant and her deceased husband, whereby the defendant and her husband agreed to sell and the plaintiffs agreed to buy certain real estate described in the complaint. The relief sought was also the release and cancellation of a certain judgment theretofore rendered against the plaintiffs, which judgment had, on motion of the plaintiffs, theretofore been opened up and leave granted…
