BECKWITH, District Judge.
Defendant, James Moored, appeals the June 24, 1992 judgment of the United States District Court for the Western District of Michigan, pursuant to which that court sentenced Defendant to a term of 27 months imprisonment. Specifically, Defendant appeals the district court’s consideration of certain uncharged conduct in the calculation of his sentence. Defendant also challenges two enhancements to the sentence and the refusal of the court to reduce the offense level for acceptance of responsibility.
